MAT PILATES STRENGTHENS THE BODY'S "POWERHOUSE" A PILATES TERM THAT REFERS TO YOUR ABS, LOWER BACK, PELVIC FLOOR, HIPS AND GLUTES. WITH ITS LOW IMPACT BUT HIGH INTENSITY NATURE PILATES IS SUITABLE TO ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
THIS CLASS UTILISES SOME EQUIPMENT.

CARDIO 
HIIT 360 IS 100% CARDIO WITH THE USE OF SOME EQUIPMENT THIS CLASS CHALLENGES YOUR ENTIRE BODY WITH PLYOMETRIC BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.
