MOTION STUDIOS CLASSES

PILATES - Mat Pilates strengthens the body’s “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. With its low impact but high intensity nature, Pilates is suitable to all levels of fitness.

BARRE - A hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and strength training. Moving to the beat Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements.

COMBO - Taking elements from barre, pilates, HIIT and stretch our combination class will provide you with a well rounded full body workout.

HIIT 360 - Dedicate 50 minutes to improving your cardiovascular health. With no two identical classes, strengthening your core & elevating your heart rate has never been more fun!

VICE FITNESS CLASSES

STRENGTH - Utilising a broad range of equipment and movements, this program is for those looking to build whole body strength and muscle.

METCON - Vice's original cardio offering, where we utilise a range of machines and bodyweight exercises to challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic systems.

LADIES STRENGTH - A time for the females of our community to come together with exclusive use of the gym. Utilising a broad range of equipment and movements, this program focuses on building whole body strength with a bias towards glute development and core conditioning.

Our movement class focusses on developing skills in your handstand/headstands, pull up strength and overall athleticism.
